2010 Perch Lake Bass Challenge Forms

Entries for the 2010 Perch Lake Bass Challenge will be accepted at the tournament. A signed entry form and $100 entry fee is required in order to be placed on the list. No spots will be held this year. If you need to cancel, your money will be refunded until July 31st, 2010.
You can download and print a copy of the entry form and tournament rules on the forms page. 30 teams will be accepted and then your name will be placed on a first-come first-serve waiting list.
